Why PDP is important?

Most of us have a dream. We imaginating what we will be in 5 years later. Or ten years later. But less of us have no idea what we have to do in order to achieve what we want (our goal).

Personal Development Plan (PDP) is very usefull to be used during planning phase. A planning phase involved with setting our goals. When determining goals we need to be very clear on what we want to achive,  when, how, and who can help to achieve our goals.

Therefore PDP is one of the most appropriate method that we can use to determine our goals. By setting our goals, plan and determine resources, we become clearer on the process involved.

PDP is needed by a person who seriously planned for their strategic success.
